He works on development at all of his practices and a lot of thought goes into each workout so that the kids are always learning something (not only a scrimmage). It is all about the relationship the player develops with the coach (the parents can be a liaison in that too, but a certain age it needs to come from the kids).
8/29/10 Futballfan	1	1	1	1	1	Could not agree more. Horrible coach! Thankfully he retired. Always took out what he thought were "difficult parents" on thier kids. Never saw that things could be his fault. Always defended his coaches when parents had legitmate issues with their coach.
2/10/10 leezze	1	1	1	1	1	He is ok,NOT!! He allows the featured girls, in his eyes, to get away with everything, the rest can do no wrong,OR ELSE 4 sure. He is controlled by the returning peeps. Threats,threats,threats -yaa!!!!!!! Then he ignores the reserves. CLUELESS!!! Needs to retire & enjoy his senior years with his lovely wife. RIP TVSA!!!!!!! LOOK OUT 4 THA JUMP SHOT!!!!!!
